Quality Control and Warranty
All AUDACEM products undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipment.
We offer a full 30-day warranty from the date of receipt of your order. If it has been 30 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer any replacement or refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations.
Return Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, your return shipping is free. For other returns, you are responsible for the non-refundable return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, items must be returned in their original condition with protective packaging and documentation intact. Returns will be refused if items are delivered used or damaged due to improper packaging.
Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items.
Refunds and Replacements
To request a replacement or refund, email us at support@audacem.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damaged item. In order to be eligible for the 30-day warranty and receive a refund or replacement, you will need to ship the item to the address provided via email at the time of your request. As soon as we receive the package, our staff will conduct an inspection and issue a full refund minus shipping charges. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a maximum of 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
For replacements, a new order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Bottle Offer
Orders with blown glass products are eligible for a free bottle in case of a refund. If you request a refund for blown glass products, and not a replacement, you will be provided with a complete list of supported bottles. The selected bottle will be shipped within three business days. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction, but we rely on your understanding to avoid any attempt at abuse that would compromise the integrity of this offer.
Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. If needed, we can provide delivery confirmation details for your investigation.

Customers with Insured Shipping benefit from a 60-day money-back guarantee for lost or stolen packages. Insured shipping guarantees immediate replacement/refund even if the package is lost or stolen.
