Yes, however, we recommend washing them by hand and drying with a non-abrasive cloth to preserve the quality of the glass.
How are the glasses packaged?
The glasses are shipped inside a protective gift box, which can also be used for storage if desired.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal.
Is it safe to buy online on your site?

Standard shipping is $3.95. Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $65.We partner with reliable courier services to ensure on-time delivery and provide 24-hour package tracking.

How can I track my package?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a second email confirming shipment.To track your package, visit our Track Your Order page on our website and enter your order number. Please allow 1 to 4 days for tracking information to become available.
Where are your items produced and shipped from?
We collaborate exclusively with renowned glass processing experts. AUDACEM products are processed and packaged in Asia. Subsequently, our products are shipped from the most convenient warehouse based on the delivery address and available inventory. Currently, we operate warehouses in Poland and China.
Why is my order late?
We are currently experiencing slight shipping delays due to temporary disruptions with certain shipping lines. At Audacem, we maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure continuous communication throughout the shipping process. We monitor all orders closely until they reach their destination. My package was returned to sender. What's going on?
Packages returned to sender may be due to various reasons, including refusal, non-claiming, or undeliverability because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout. Additionally, non-payment of import fees required by customs authorities can lead to returns.Refund requests for unclaimed items are subject to a $15 storage fee. Alternatively, orders can be reshipped with standard shipping costs of $15.If you have further questions or need assistance, please contact us.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
You can typically change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. To request changes, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address.Please note that we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address if the order has already been processed or shipped. Some items are missing within my order. What should I do?
If some items are missing from your order, please note that we may ship different groups of items (e.g., a set of 4 and a set of 2) separately for logistical reasons. I have not received any order confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please first check your spam or promotion folder. If you still haven't received the email within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and the email used during checkout.Please note that our logistics system is automated for quick and accurate processing. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
